I signed up for a subscription to Apple TV using my work email and phone number. I have retired and no longer have access to the email or device with the phone number. How do I get my subscription changed to my new email and phone number?
If the old account doesn’t have any valid contact information anymore (alternate emails or phone numbers), then it will be difficult to confirm your identity. They can’t give access to just anyone with a claim; that would be insecure. Best to ask the Support staff for assistance. When I do that it asked for a two-factor authorization sent to the device that I no longer have access to.
