iPhone 14 Pro Max Camera/Haptics/Battery/ProMotion issues

Hello, I got iPhone 14 Pro Max 3 days ago, running iOS 16.0.3 and I stat to notice more issues with it.

When I try to use the camera on some third party apps it makes a weird sound and you can even feel the vibration from changing lenses. I read that the issue was supposedly been fixed on my current iOS 16.0.3, but apparently not.

• It does so on: Facebook, Messenger, YouTube and Instagram.
• But it works perfectly with no weird sound on: Camera app, Google Translate, WeChat and Snapchat

Then haptics don’t seem to be working quite often. When I hold and press on an app icon, I have to do it 3~4 times before the haptic feedback. But no issues with keyboard haptics whatsoever. It’s really strange.

Than the battery. The phone constantly seems slightly warmer than my over a year old iPhone 13 Pro Max, even when I just listen to music and there is nothing else running in the background. Also every night when I leave the phone upside down so the always on display is working, after 8 hours of not touching it the battery is always down by 8% to 10%. Didn’t have this issue on 13PM.

Every charging session so far it says that the charging has been paused due to heating of the device, which slows down the charging time.

ProMotion various refresh rate when scrolling or sliding becomes even more noticeable and distracting, then day 1 when I got the phone. Apps like Netflix, YouTube, Instagram and even the settings are just so jittery almost every time I use them. It also does this when sliding pages on the Home Screen, even more so now, on its 3rd day of use. I presume the refresh rate goes down to single digits when it’s not supposed to. It really ruins the experience.

PLEASE HELP if there is any way to fix any of those issues. I have about 75% free storage. I’ve tried reinstalling the apps, restarting the phone, reset setting to default, factory reset the device, etc. Absolutely nothing works.
