So i bought a pair of brand new airpods off of the apple website (so i know they are 100% authentic.) and they wont flash white when holding the set up button. They are fresh out the box, and have full battery. They continue to flash green, but as i said, when i hold the button on the back, a solid white light shows and it never starts flashing white. Any advice on this is much appreciated.

Harris2006, If you tried all those steps on the support page and they are new AirPods I would contact Apple Support for assistance and possible replacement.
