I lost my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It was a replacement phone I got through AppleCare's Theft & Loss and I failed to record the serial number. How can I get the serial number to file a claim?

Go to https://appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Devices: https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage/section/devices

There you can access all your devices and find their corresponding serial numbers.

Do you still have the box it came in? If so, the serial number is on the back under the barcode.

If you don’t have the box go to settings>AppleID(where it says your name the first setting)>scroll down and there’s a list of all your devices>Click the iPhone 12 Pro Max you want to file a claim for. It shows you some info about the phone including the serial number.
