Ventura is not saving printing presets (fully)

im starting to doubt myself trusting apple, we'll see how fast this gets fixed.

I've just installed the new update to Ventura 13.3.

Extraordinarily, the Paper Feed issue has STILL not been fixed.

I agree - it's infuriating. We now have to babysit our printer for hours a day to make sure our media prints correctly. Our next system will be Windows based.

Here too on the babysitting. I spoke with Apple about the whole issue a couple of months ago. Hope they reported it up the chain and get it resolved in the next update.

Nooooo not true I’ve also upgraded to 13.4 not better AT ALL!!! This bug is driving me and my entire staff crazy !!!!

Agreed, it is so very frustrating and leads to mistakes if we forget one of the many preference options that need to be changed for printing each job.

I only see the problem by tray options. all other options hold perfectly.

Come on Apple this a ridiculous little bug that's causing massively disroportionate woe to your loyal customers. Stop playing VR headsets and make the printers work again!

After a brief period of (mostly) working, my presets are all over the place again. So I'm in the same boat as the rest of you.

Is this update available yet ?

Not yet, just for Developers and Public Beta testers. But it'a expected to be available by the end of the month.

k so now I've installed the latest update 13.4.1 why isn't it fixed yet?????????????? if they can fix it in .5 why not NOW NOW NOW. BEYOND BELEIF!!!!

I don't believe it at all! this just got me quite for a month. and I should have continued to pressure apple, by submitting every day feedback. but you stopped me and got me to shut up for 3 weeks.
