Iphone12, IOS 16.0.3. Group chat does not display names.

I have an Iphone12, IOS 16.0.3. I created a group chat with a list from my contacts. There are 12 people on it. However, when someone sends me a message, their name does not appear. I don't know who sent it. I restarted the phone twice. It still does not work. PLease help.

Not Receiving Group Messages So pretty much with recent group chats that have been made with me in them, even though for others my contact is there, I don’t receive their messages and the group doesn’t even exist in my phone. Now group chats that were made like over 6 months ago still work just fine, but newly created ones not so much.

Group chats I am no longer receiving messages in group chats. I can send messages but when people respond I’m not getting them. I have gone into settings and made sure my message stuff was on, I did a restart on my phone and my phone is updated. Not sure what’s wrong

add contact to group text. my phone didn’t have the solution shown i have an iphone 12. i want to add someone to an already existing group chat. i looked up a solution at support.apple but my phone doesn’t have the solution that is shown.

Try iOS 16.1 to see if this one has been fixed
