If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly - Apple Support

How's your battery health? See this: iPhone Battery and Performance

Storage? See this: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If no help, consider a factory reset: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
