Iphone 4 is shuffling songs in my playlists!!!!! Whats going on????
My iphone 4 has just started shuffling my songs in my playlists and shuffle is not turned on. Whats happening and how do I make sure shuffle is off???

I tried and tried this solution, as the regular "shuffle" icon just wasn't responding at all, and I too finally realised that my "taps" were either too short and light, or too long lol! Anyway, I tried again after reading your post and it finally worked for me, and at last my albums have stopped shuffling (seemingly spontaneously, as I hadn't known about this special little drop-down panel!). So frustrating for so long...thank goodness for forums where there are people with the same firstworldproblems as me!
