Finder Search not finding files in Network Server folders

I am consistently connected to our work server that hosts our files and I am on the same internet as well using the ethernet connection. Before I downloaded macOS Ventura, I was able to search for files through Finder on the network's folders with no issue. However, now when I try to search for files in the folders within the network, the loading wheel in the bottom righthand corner of the finder window shows up for less than a second and goes away, with no files showing up in the search. I've tried waiting it out as well, but nothing would show up for a couple minutes. I have also tried indexing the network folder as well by adding and deleting the network from the Spotlight Privacy as well, but nothing has changed.
