can someone help me please, my macbook account is locked, i don’t know my recovery key, i’m pretty sure that i know my apple id password ( i don’t know if it’s the same that for this page).

Locked out of MacBook air, no recovery key! Help!! Apple support helped me reset my apple ID password (ID was hacked). Came back to Mac & signed in with usual username p/w, it was rejected, so tried new apple ID p/d, also rejected. Spent 2 hrs with senior tech team (no recovery key),they think someone here might know what to, so I don't have to wipe my drive! gah!

You need your user password for that page.
