Hi! I can’t not activate my phone since I changed to my new 14 promax iphone. The problem is my old phone could not turn or use the wifi anymore so when i transferred the number to new phone, the old was not able to use the network anyomore, could someone help me to fix it?

First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you
If your iPhone is used with a carrier not found in the wireless carrier articles, make sure you can send and receive international SMS. (One SMS Only)
