AirPods 3D Audio Head Tracking iPadOS 16 Cannot be disabled

With iPadOS 16.1 the accessibility option for disabling head tracking is gone. 3D audio is off in the pull-down menu. But it’s on. With head tracking that is on. Works on iPhone.

i already removed and reconnected them from all devices and restarted the iPad.

It’s really unusable now. 3D Audio is auch a dumb feature and head tracking is even worse. I wouldn’t even care if I could opt out. But I really can’t. I don’t just mean this bug. I can never fully disable it. While you can opt out of head tracking generally you must opt out of 3D Audio on a per app basis and it cannot be disabled globally.

Please let me disable feature. I feel line you punish me with not having options because I buy more of your stuff. it also doesn’t help that you hide both options in some weird places that cannot be found just in the settings.
