Microsoft Word could not save as PDF ever since updated to macOS Ventura

After update the software from Monterey to Ventura this afternoon, none of my Word documents can be saved as PDF for all the MSW documents regardless it is new document or existing document. It can be seen in the photo that I attached below.

I tried to use the Print button to export to PDF but the Print button also cannot function. Cannot be clicked at all.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Word, I've re-started my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat etc and still it doesn't work.

Could anyone please help or enlighten me on this? Really appreciate and grateful for the help.

I don't suppose you found a fix, did you?

I'm having this issue as well, but only on my iMac, not on my Macbook Air. Both are fully updated. Both using the same Word and OS versions. I can print to PDF if it's "best for electronic" but not "best for printing". And I need to best for printing to be able to retain the font. Also, in addition to not being able to make the print button work, I cannot change the size of the document.

Weirdly, I also cannot "create PDF" in Adobe if I tried to save as "best for printing" PDF in Word. But if I go back to Word and save as "best for electronic" PDF, I can once again create a PDF in Adobe.

It's bizarre. And Word just did an update a few days ago and it still isn't working for me. I had even tried to uninstall and reinstall Word and Adobe.

I have seen a few things about this talking about deleting all printers and reinstalling them as being a fix, but I have no printers connected to my machine.
