I want to stop all notifications going to my Apple Watch and have them pop up on my phone as usual.

i like having my Apple Watch and it’s functionality but I don’t like that my phone doesn’t flash up with notifications like it used to before I had the device. I previously had older Apple Watches in the past and have managed to stop notifications being taken from my phone to the watch in the past but can’t quite remember how to stop this.

is it still possible for me to push my notifications back to my iPhone or am I stuck with them coming through to the watch when I use it?

You can stop notifications on your watch but you can't force them on to your iPhone.

It has never worked like that.
