On my iMac...Auto fill not working on Safari. "My Card" won't keep info

All of a sudden, my auto fill on Safari stopped working. I also noticed that the "My Card" entry in my contacts is empty. I have tried numerous times to fill it in and save it, but it keeps deleting all the info.

Extremely frustrating.

Anyone know of a fix for these issues? Thanks in advance,

However, I keep getting a pop-up from Safari showing the two cards but it's not asking me to do anything with it -- it just shows up at random times. I will have Safari closed and it will still pop-up. I have to click on "manage cards" and then "X" out to get it to close. It is in front of any program I have open at the time. Macbook Air, M1 2020. problems adding contacts in MacBook pro macOS 12.6 i can't add contacts to MacBook pro. when i add a card and start typing the system abruptly switches to a different card. i notice that others are having the same problem and the response is to do exactly what they say, and what i have always done, but it doesnt work. this has been going on for months. please fix it on your next update! I have been using macs since the 1980s so am not new to the machine. surely you can fix it.

problems adding contact on Mac 13.4.1(c) When I try to add a contact, after the first name and click into last name field, the edit is exited and I am at top of contact list. If I scroll down to bottom of contact list, a new card has been added "no name". Then I can edit that card with contact info and it is correctly saved. I tried closing contacts, restarting Mac, same results... I have seen a lot questions asked about this subject, but there does not seem to be a solution.

If AutoFill doesn't work in Safari on Mac - Apple Support has some suggestions. For the Contacts app, read Set up your My Card in Contacts on Mac - Apple Support. As you do, I suspect those problems are related.
