Troubleshooting Apple Watch Pinging:

A. Update Issue:

If you are getting a contact "ping" sound, then try updating your Apple Watch. A few bug fixes my fix this: Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

B. What's On the Screen?

Can you provide a picture of what is occurring. Reply back, attaching the photo.4

C. Provide a Video:

Have a YouTube account? Recording this, and then placing it on YouTube may get you the answer you need. So, if desired, record this using your iPhone (or other device), and reply back with a direct link to your video.
