No. One year limited warranty. Which covers manufacturing defects and does NOT cover user caused damage or cosmetic issues. If you want a two year warranty, you can purchase an AppleCare+ plan with the phone at additional cost.

A non-working device has no trade in value. Apple will recycle it for you at no charge.

It has an IP68 water resistance rating which in the watch world is pretty low. It is not designed for use in the water.
