Decision on refund request

Hello I'm Berfin K.I purchased the application called "Faladdin", 123 pln payment was allocated from my card registered in my icloud payment system. I then requested a refund. The fee appears to have been refunded, but it has not yet been credited to my account. I couldn't find a place to ask this. I want help please
