Visual bug/glitch

Im using IPhone 7 when I charge it it appears small lightning on the battery simbol but when i unplug the cable the lightning is still there and in most of the time after i restart or reboot my phone it says 100% battery but 1 second later it become 5% and sometimes when the battery is 50% a few seconds later it become 46 or 48 percent
