I just found an app called "maowen liu" under my login items - Is it a virus?

When I am checking my login items I found an app called "maowen liu" (as you can see in the below screenshot) but I never installed this app. What exactly this app and why this app is under the login items?, I am not finding any app or details when I am searching this name in my Mac. Can anyone please assist me on this issue.

I just looked at my login items, and I also found several listings of what appear to be names of people. I recognized several of these as the developers of some of the utilities or add-ons I use, including Marcel Bresink, and Guillaume Louel. I think the new Ventura system is not pulling the correct listing for these utilities, and in that place putting the developer name.

But I may be wrong. But I wouldn't worry about it.
