My Alarm Widget just stopped working normally and “broke”.
Now on the new iOS 16.1 the widget says: “No Alarms” or “Off” even though I clearly have set an Alarm. Because of this Bug/Glitch I came late to School/Work. The alarm didn’t sound/set off properly.
I have the same problem it says alarm off and even when I turn on my sleep schedule it still says alarm off. I didn’t have this problem before the update and it had nothing to do with sleep schedule it went with what your alarm was set for. I had sleep schedule off. I liked not having to open the clock app and have all those extra steps to make sure I set my alarm. APPLE FIX THIS!
thats right, when the new update ios 16.1 came out since then there is a glitch in the widget. I had the sleep schedule off in the health App previosly and it used to show my alarms before the new update even if the alarm was set for next morning or a different day. Now it only shows the alarm on the widget when its closer to the scheduled alarm time.
I just upgraded to 16.2, and given that Apple made changes to the lock screen, I was sure this would be fixed.
But no, it's still happening even on 16.2. This is such an obvious bug, I have no idea why Apple would not have addressed this yet.
This bug has been driving me insane, I am glad I'm not the only one experiencing it. Have y'all submitted this on feedback.apple.com? I spoke with support a few times this morning and they didn't seem to be aware of the bug/issue at all but they said the best way to get it looked at is submitting there. I submitted a ticket and pointed to this forum. Really hoping it can be fixed in an upcoming release, not sure it's even on their radar!
Even after the IOS 16.3 update the alarm widget issue is still there. Now my next alarm shows automatically when its closer to the time I scheduled the alarm for, but if you set a future alarm it still says alarms off. I hope they look into this issue soon.
Unfortunately, this is not fixed in 16.1.1. : (
Same happens with the sleep setting
I’m having the same issue. It worked before the update and I wasn’t using the sleep wake up feature and I don’t want to use it.

Even me too, I re-installed the clock app after deleting it and re-added the widget, but that didn't solve the issue. I'll submit a feedback for this issue as well.
