Ventura keeps asking me to accept new iCloud terms and conditions

Since upgrading to Venture I've accepted the new iCloud terms and conditions over 10 times on my MacBook Air. No matter how times I accept or restart, the prompt keeps coming back:

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

I had this problem too after upgrading to Ventura and it was driving me ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!

But I found a fix...

I had searched and saw that others had this problem with older MacOS versions, and it seemed to be related to having multiple iCloud email accounts in your user account. I had an old xxx@me.com email account that I didn't really use any more but was tied into my main iCloud account so I deleted that old email account and the problem went away. I had also noticed that other user accounts that I have on my iMac Pro didn't have this issue, and they didn't have the old xxx@me.com as one of the email accounts either.

As I mentioned, others seemed to have this issue with older MacOS versions, but I didn't have it until I installed Ventura, but it seems just fine now.

This old account did not seem to cause any issues with my iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad)

I'm glad to hear that you found a solution! That bug isn't harmful but it can drive you insane!

I saw that solution in my searching and tried it, but that didn't work for me. It might have something to do with the fact that I set that old xxx@me.com email account up years ago and using my original iCloud account that used my old Comcast email as my user name.

I've long since updated that account to use my current iCloud email, but for some odd reason I would still get notifications to enter the password for that old iCloud account that used that old Comcast email as the user name, which I couldn't do since it didn't exist anymore. I still see that pop up sometimes when adding a new devices or updating older apps to my iCloud accounts for some strange reason. Maybe that will stop now too.
