How long will the Apple store hold my items for pickup? I have ordered a number of apple products to be picked up from the store. Some of those products have already been delivered to the store and are available for pick up., however some of the items will only be delivered in 3 weeks. I don't want to make several trips to the store (as it is quite away) - how long can the store keep the items that I have ordered and which have already been delivered? I also tried to find a live chat to ask to hold on those earlier items until all items are delivered, but the apple website is very unfriendly and I could not find a chat option for online purchases. As far as I understand, there are a number of other people unable to chat. In my view, that is ridiculous for the largest company in the world to have such a convoluted website without readily available chat option. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

past HARDWARE purchases APPLE I have tried going to my Apple Store profile logged into my account and I cannot see any of my devices under Purchase History. I am sure I bought all of my devices using my apple id and still nothing shows. I need to check the price I paid and the device specs. Anyone having same issue?

Why was my apple store order was split into two orders, and what can I do about it? I recently ordered a macbook pro and a number of accessories to use with the macbook, to pick up at my closest store. After placing the order and paying for everything together, the accessories were then split by Apple into a seperate order and made immediately available for pickup, while the macbook will arrive two weeks after the accessories. The problem is, I won't be available to pick up the accessories before the macbook arrives, and they say I only have 7 days to pick them up. I specifically placed the order when I did because I knew I would be available to pick them up in two weeks. This is incredibly frustrating, and I'm not sure what to do. Why wasn't my entire order given the same pickup date? I can't believe my only option is to make multiple trips for different items in the same order or just have my order cancelled. This has definitely been a negative experience, and made me reluctant to purchase components and accessories from apple in the future.

apple.com with my login .... I purchased a iPhone Pro and placed another one in the cart ... which I had to delete ... as I was travelling I forgot to move it off my cart ...
