Handoff Doesn't Work from Mac to iPhone/Ipad

I have checked all settings and all devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad) were under same iCloud account and both wifi and bluetooth were on. I can start a job from either iPad or iPhone then continue on Mac but not vice versa. Can anyone help? I checked the switch app but no banner in the bottom. Thank you in advance.
