AirPod pro 2 causing tinnitus

I’ve just purchased AirPod pro 2, used them twice.

After each use (on a fairly low volume) I’ve been left with a ringing in my ears.

Could there be something wrong with them?

Do I need a visit to the Genius Bar to get them checked out?

airpod pro infections has anyone run into ear infection problems with their airpod pros? I have had them for about two years, do not use them that often, and have been using for only about 45mins at a time when I do use them while commuting to and from work. Will Apple do anything to rectify this issue?
