M1 Mac Mini, Ventura, Headphone Jack quit working.

Well, It just quit, boom. The speakers do work, I can hook them up to an iPod and it plays, the internal Mini speakers also work.

Restarted machine to no avail.

I do have an OWC dock with a speaker input and that works but I'd like to know why my built in Mac Mini jack is out.

Mac mini sound stops going to headphone jack On my Mac Mini running latest Ventura OS, I have external speakers plugged into the headphone jack. They work for a while and then stop with the sound coming from the internal mini speakers. I check the sound settings and it still says external headphones. If I unplug the Jack and plug it back in, the sound once again comes through the external speakers. Ideas?

Mac mini M1 audio output is unreliable My Mac mini M1 audio output is unreliable. Sometimes it works with speaker or headphones, sometimes it doesn’t. I needed up buying a usb to 3.5 Jack adapter as a work around.Anyone else have this problem?
