The Rules in Apple Mail have stopped syncing between my iMacPro and MacBook Air.
They used to match each other, but the lists now are much different.
Is there somewhere on the OS where they are stored? Ideally I could use the one from the iMacPro and exchange it for the older one on my MacBook?

I have found the only way to remove the out of date Rules file is to delete the file called RulesActiveState.plist. Located here...
<username>Library/Mail/V10/MailData/RulesActiveState.plist
I then copied the correct file from my main Mac and placed it in the same place on my MacBook Air.
This has successfully updated the MacBook Air's Rules to match the iMacPro.
BUT any changes made on the MacBook Air don't take effect.
It appears the syncing is only going in one direction. iMacPro > MacBook Air.
It would be great if anyone knows how to make this work in both directions!

Try turning off Mail in iCloud— edit rules or turn off/o and see if they saved/sync properly;
re-enable iCloud Mail.

Thank you for the suggestion. Sadly it didn't work. Even more odd is that despite turning off Mail syncing in iCloud and deleting all the rules, they re-appeared as soon as I relaunched Mail - even before turning on the syncing. The only difference is that they were all unchecked.
Maybe the problem is I can't seem to delete the rules at all?
