How do I remove activation lock when another person gave it to me and i don’t have there phone number
i don’t have their phone number and address anymore and my iPad was with activated lock

If you're unable to complete any of the options available, there's isn't a way to unlock it. The Apple ID and password from the person that set up Find My is needed.
