Sound bug ?

MacBook Pro iOS 13.0 Ventura. I can hear sound from other websites and apps like safari BUT when I open Apple Music and try playing music there's no sound. I've selected the output as MacBook Pro speakers and the volume is all the way up. I feel like it is the Apple Music app itself since on other apps the sound comes out and the speakers in the Mac are working completely fine. There is also an error whenever I open Apple Music saying that the volume was all the way down even though it was up when I opened it.

I need assistance please.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0

Try holding down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in safe mode. This may sometimes resolve odd issues. Use the mute and volume up/down keys on your keyboard to see if they have any impact.
