My computer doesn't recognize my iPod Shuffle. Any thoughts or advise? All updates are in place.

If you haven't done so yet, restart your iPod and computer. Although simple, this step can help correct some unexpected issues. You'll also want to make sure your iPod is connected directly to your computer. Don't connect to a USB hub or other device. If that doesn't help, unplug your device and all other USB devices and accessories from your computer. Then reconnect just your device.
If the issue persists, try a different port, cable, or computer.
