Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you. We understand that the audio alerts for your alarms and timers isn't as loud as you'd expect. To clarify, have you tried turning up the volume when accessing the Clock app? Also, have you double checked to make sure that, if using volume buttons, in Settings > Sounds & Haptics, that Change with Buttons is enabled?
Since you just noticed this issue after installing the latest update, have you tried creating a new alarm or changing the ring tone used for your alarm, to see if that makes an impact?
