Uninstall Ventura
I just downloaded and installed Ventura. I would like to uninstall it, tweak my "old" system and then reinstall. Everything I read is for "Beta". Of course I have a backup but still nervous. Thanks!

First, THANKS for the help!
Second, In a moment of brilliance I called on our IT Dept. They quickly figured out, in my techno-wisdom, I had copied my hard drive...twice. Deleted, end of problem. Also, they helped me take the kinks out of Ventura for me and it seems (so far) to run seamlessly.

I might be quicker and easier for you to tell us what you want to tweak rather than erase and install Monterey, recover your user data from your Time Machine backup, tweak and then repudiate. That would be a lot of effort and has opportunities for problems.
Can you tell us what you want to tweak? I'm guessing you're having trouble finding items in the System Settings, right? Here's a graphic of where to fine items. If you need further help come on back.
Most of these an be found by using the search field in the System Settings app. The search will take you directly to it.
Thank you Mr. T! (as always!!)
I don't know if this is Venture's fault. After uploading Ventura, to my surprise, it said it did not have enough memory left to download. I knew the culprit immediately. Photos! So I opened my Duplicate Annihilator. I will say I've never had a problem with it before. When I went to click on Photos, nothing was there! Zip, zero, nada! So my game plan was to uninstall Ventura and hope that Photos would return and I could probably delete two thirds of my photos.
I do have a complete backup on an external hard drive.
And while I have your attention Mr. T. About three months ago my Time Capsule kept giving me this warning which I will upload. Obviously it will not backup anything. Do you have any idea. Oh, yeah, took both my Mac and my wife's Mac to authorized Apple dealer to partition Time Machine for both of us to backup. It seems that happened at the same time. Lastly, I am sadly a techno-impaired senior so be kind...
Oh, and, uh, how did you create your graph above? THANKS!
As for the graph above I copied it from a website, put it into a spreadsheet in Pages and printed to PDF (2 pages), exported to jpgs and joined the jpgs with Photoshop Elements.
How are you accessing the Time Capsule? If by WiFi you might connect directly to it via Ethernet or whatever cable it'll take and try backing up that way.
I've always had a HDD connected to my iMac for Time Machine. My wife has another HDD connected directly to hers. We've never had any problem that way.
I use OWC Mercury Elite Pro that are 2 ½ - 3 times the size of the drives being backed up.
