Hello, since I have my new car I have a problem... Every time when I connect my Iphone to usb cable in car and press car play, the notification from messenger, snapchat doesnt come to my apple watch as a notification.. I dont know where the problem is, can you help me? thanks

We understand you're not getting notifications as expected while using CarPlay. Keep in mind that when your iPhone is unlocked, you won't receive notifications on your Apple Watch. Notifications with Apple Watch are designed to only appear on the device that's active and in use, so what you've described is likely to be expected behavior.
