Apple Music family sharing not working

Set up family sharing on my other half’s phone so we can both use Apple Music on Amazon Echo Dot and out and about.

it’s working on his phone but mine won’t work. It just says cannot connect?

so confused?

Are there settings in my husband phone that would keep our Family sharing from allowing him to connect to Apple Music? I have family sharing with my husband activated. He cannot use Ape Music because he gets a “cannot connect” when he tries to listen to music. Help!

Cannot connect to shared Apple Music I purchased Apple Music Family Plan. Added my wife to plan. Both my phone and her phone show that the app is being shared. Yet, when she searches for music it reads “cannot connect”. (My phone connects instantly.) She had her own individual plan that worked, but it expired seven months ago. Might that be interfering with her using my Family Share plan!

Apple music family sharing not working, family members can see the subscription but in Music it says "cannot connect" I've purchased apple Music Family, I've checked on the family members devices: it appears properly as we all use the same family account. However, no one (except me) can use Apple Music: for the others, it says "Cannot connect".
