This was the answer from a similar question: When at the Walgreen site and you're asked to pick the photos you want to upload look in the sidebar of the window. Go down to Media, click on Photos and then the library in the right hand pane. From there it's self explanatory.
I did all of this except the window didn't pop up on the right hand pane, so I can't choose an album.

I don't want to open a Walgreens account so I tried to simulate your experience with google. I went to google.com images to upload an image. I clicked on the little camera icon in the search box, and I got their upload dialog. I clicked to upload and it showed me what you described, an apple load dialog with a left pane listing places on my hard drive and the right pane showing my last finder window list. As you said, under Media is Photos, and I clicked on it and was given the choice of Photo Booth or Photos. I clicked on Photos and got the image below. Under ⌵Photos was a scrollable list of things in my Photos library including Favorites, Videos, my Albums, etc.
I suggest you try google.com and see if you get the same. If you do, then the problem is with Walgreens and you should contact them about what's going on. If not, let us know here.
