How to define Favorite App

When I open Files and want to move a file, I get a large selection of apps to which this app could be moved, and then 'more'. The app I want to move this file to is buried in this stack. How do I flag the app so that it is one of the first apps to appear when clicking Save or Save As

Hello wwolfe01,

To edit the apps that appear first in a share sheet, you'll want to manage the apps listed under your "Favorites." To do so, follow the steps below.

  1. Choose the file you're looking to share within the Files app.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Swipe left in the apps listed in the share sheet.
  4. Tap "... More"
  5. Click "Edit" in the top right-hand corner.
  6. Tap the Delete button next to any apps you're wanting to remove from the "Favorites" section.
  7. Tap the Add button next to any apps you're wanting to add to the "Favorites" section.
  8. Click "Done" to save those changes.

Cheers!
