My iPhone overheats throughout

My iPhone XS is always hot. I’m burning my fingers 100% of the time. I use it for 2 seconds, it’s too hot. The back everything isn’t working; camera, flashlight, torch. The phone keeps hanging. When I call someone, it’s only a matter of time until it makes awkward noises, and none of us can hear each other. The phone lags so it’s hard to end it. No, it doesn’t bring the overheating warning. It just continues to burn me. Only way I can join an online meeting for 5 minutes is to put it in the freezer beforehand. Also, the Face ID isn’t working. How many problems can a phone possibly have?

Please give me suggestions guys. I really can’t afford a new iPhone or a repair from a genuine Apple store. Btw, I’ve had repairs from non-Apple merchants before; earpieces not working, battery had low health, screen cracked. I really don’t know what to do. My parents said they will not fix my phone and I’ll have to let it die if it does.
