Delay of screen off with power button
I have issued a problem just right 20 minutes in delay off screen with power button in i phone 13 pro

If we understand correctly, your iPhone is not shutting down as expected. If that's right, the steps under "If your screen is black or frozen" should help: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
