Hi I just updated to Ventura and now when I'm using safari with the same url in different windows safari dims the window that isn't in focus. Is there a way to turn this off? My workflow involves using multiple windows with the same url and now that's not feasible because I can't see the material on the other windows.

You can use a new private window to open another instance of a website without it being dimmed: Browse privately in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

The actual problem was the safari duplicate tabs bug apparently. This fix worked for me: https://www.macobserver.com/news/safari-duplicate-tab-bug-plagues-macos-monterey-and-ventura/
