Hey! Never had one issue with my iPhone 12 but a little while ago I was using it, put it to the side to watch a tv show and when I checked it again the screen was black but it will still ring, etc.
I’ve tried the volume up, volume down, power button that was suggested online but that’s not working.
HELP!!!

Troubleshooting a Black iPhone Screen:
If you were updating, and it failed, then I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop. So, refer to my user tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
