Apple TV

I am a subscriber to Apple TV. We have only tried to watch 2 movies (series) and constantly struggle with freezing pictures / buffering. I have gone through ALL the steps of advice: Resetting, restarting, checking connections, checking download speed (which is 200Mbps download), only one device connected at a time, updating software on late model LG OLED TV. We have no issues watching Netflix or video's on YouTube. What ELSE can be done? Impossible to watch movies like this and strongly considering cancelling subscription and accept defeat.

Let's try deleting the app and reinstalling the app:

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Do you notice this issue using the Appel TV app on any other devices?
