New iPad

Hello! I bought an iPad air 5 today am trying to do the iCloud backup, but it seems that I can’t use mai Apple ID, they say it’s blocked and I can’t unlock it. I have to mention that I reseted my password before trying do the backup.

Apple ID locked If I Factory Reset my iPhone 8 after locking up my iCloud, how do I get back into the phone?
