Hello! I bought an iPad air 5 today am trying to do the iCloud backup, but it seems that I can’t use mai Apple ID, they say it’s blocked and I can’t unlock it. I have to mention that I reseted my password before trying do the backup.

Unblock my Apple ID I lost my old phone and I had a backup phone I tried putting in my Apple ID so many time it said Apple ID had been blocked so I was wondering if you could unblock it for me?
