what is the cuurent Firmware Version

What particular firmware that you have on your anonymous MacBook Air is what the last operating system upgrade applied to it, as firmware updates are no longer provided for individual installation. If your Air is hardware capable of further macOS upgrades, then there may or may not be a firmware update involved, and no means for us to know what version that might be.

The only place I know that tries to track this information is here, but you will need to always look for the most recently published article (linked article appears valid for macOS 12.6.1 and I see no reference to another article for Ventura yet, but you can search):

Apple stopped providing this information many years ago around the time of macOS 10.13 High Sierra when Apple changed to the newer style firmware numbering scheme.
