macOs Ventura compatibility with iOS 15

I am having iPhone 7 Plus and MacBook Pro (2020 M1), on my mac, i can upgrade to macOS Ventura, but i am confused that if i upgrade some of current compatibility features won't be able to work anymore because iOS 15 and macOS Monetery were same generation and also watchOS 8, will any features get disable if i upgrade macOS to Ventura and retain iOS 15 on my iPhone and watchOS 8 on my apple watch
