How to downgrade Watch OS 10 and iOS17 developer Betas

Hi everyone

I have a problem with my apple watch and iphone. My nephew upgraded my phone and mywatch to the developer betas. Now I can't go back to the watch OS 9 and IOS 16.5, because there is no possibility to synch these devices between Watch OS10 and iOS 16.5. And even when I am backing up the data from the iPhone I cant restore it with iOS 16.5. What can I do in this situation ? How can I restore my data with iOS16.5 and downgrade my watch to OS9 ?

That's because it's not possible without sending the watch to Apple for repair

You really need to take the time and read the persons post. He clearly stated that his nephew, not him, updated to the developer betas.

Then his nephew has to undo what he did. That should be patently obvious.
