Brand new phone bugged?

It says i have liquid in my lightning port and the phone is Brand new, it hasnt Been in contact with any water and the messege about liquid in my lightning port appeared the Day after i got it out of the sealed case, it has kept happening either 3 secondsafter i put it on charge and sometimes it takes over 10 minutes after it Been on charge
