update IOS version of IPhone 6 not working.

I tried the last version and it is not worked

I tried the 15.7..1 and after many difficulty to start the download, showing that the update was requested.

After I can start the installation but generated the same error by many days.

i followed the suggestion to create the configuration and try again but only maintained the message looking by updates since many days.

i am with more than 2 week without WhatsApp because it is not working with rhe version 10.2 that I have on my iPhone.

Please help me quickly.

i need too much of the WhatsApp.

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Low Power Mode is On.

Charge the iPhone & wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).

The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.

A question:

1.

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

2.

Have you install / use iOS Beta version?, if so remove the beta profile (Settings -> General -> VPN & Device Management).

Then Restart your iPhone and check for updates again.

Thanks by your message.

I checked the storage and there is more than 10GB of free space. (Captured image below).

It is connect in wifi with a good connection, including I wait more than 2 hours connected and it is not worked.

I plugged it to charge and remove the low power mode, than it can not be an issue for update.

I checked the support page and say that the IOS version 15 is compatible with IPhone 6S.

Anyway maintain the same issue.

I read and confirm that there is space for storage and now I have almost 60% of battery and it is charging.

I am connected in good wifi and now showing this message as happened 3 days before, and I was needed to wait 3 days to start the download and try to update that it is not worked as informed below.

Why don't you read my previous post?

Cell signal quality is poor

The Update will not download unless your battery is charged to at least 50%. Right now, it is probably no more than 40%

Recommend that you charge the battery to 100%

Now showing the update version to install, but after I confirm to do it, few seconds after come the message that it is not posible to install.

I dont have MDM profile and the mobile phone is not related with any company. I don't use iOS Beta version.

Charging the battery has helped. Leave the phone connected to the charger for a few hours.

Wait for 1-2 hours and check back on the progress of the download.
