Staying signed in

Previously when using safari I could sign in to my email and I would stay signed in. Now I need to resign in almost every time I go to my account. Is there a way to change my settings to keep me signed in?

Another example is I have the Shark (vacuum) app and every time I open it I have to sign in. I have another I pad which allows me to open and never sign in.

I don’t know if I accidentally changed something but it is really frustrating.
