My phone is lost and i want to do a backup remotely without actually have the phone in my handw

My phone is in storage that i cant get too. I need to create a back up of the photos on that phone. Am i able to do that via itunes or icloud without actually having the phone in my hand

Sorry, but no, that is not possible. The only way to initiate either an iCloud or an iTunes or finder backup requires you have the device in your hands to input commands via the touch screen interface. Backups cannot be initiated remotely.
